400 grams Spiral pasta
salt
2 yellow Bell pepper
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
200 grams Salami
1 garlic clove
4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp freshly chopped oregano
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 pinch sugar
freshly ground peppers
50 grams black Olives (pitted)
Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain well and cool.

2.

Rinse the bell peppers, halve, cut out the seeds and pith and cut into small cubes. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Cut the salami into thin slices.

3.

Peel the garlic, chop finely and mix with the balsamic vinegar, oregano and olive oil. Season with sugar, salt and pepper. Combine all the ingredients, toss and serve garnished with basil.
