Passion Fruit Cocktail
Thinly slice the lime. Add a little soda water to a glass and mix with the sugar syrup. Rinse and dry the mint. Remove the leaves from the stems and set some aside for garnish. Add the remaining mint and lime wedges into the glass. Crush the mixture lightly with a muddler and fill the glass with ice so that the glass is 2/3 full. Add the rum, liqueur, and passion fruit puree. Stir well with a bar spoon, and top off with the remaining soda.
Garnish with mint and serve.
