Party Nibble Sticks
Line a large tray with non-stick baking paper.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Remove from the heat and stir.
Dip the pretzel sticks into the chocolate to coat, leaving the base uncovered. Place on the tray and chill until set.
Dip the pretzels into the melted chocolate again and then into the sugar strands, while the chocolate is wet. Place in a glass to set.
Roll the white sugar paste into balls and flatten slightly. Attach to the pretzels with a dab of melted chocolate (you may have to reheat the remaining chocolate) to form the eyes.
Roll the black sugarpaste into smaller balls and flatten slightly. Attach to the 'eyes' with a dab of chocolate to make the eyeballs.
