Panna Cotta with Fruit Sauce
Cherries are real stress killers, because according to a Spanish study they are said to be able to lighten the mood. It is suspected that the decrease of a stress hormone is responsible for this.

Slit vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out seeds. Combine cream with sugar and vanilla bean and seeds, bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Soften gelatine in cold water. Squeeze gelatin and add to hot vanilla cream. Stir to dissolve gelatin. Cool, stirring occasionally, until cream begins to gel. Remove vanilla bean. Rinse 4 ramekins with cold water, fill with vanilla cream and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Rinse and dry cherries, set aside 4 berries for garnishing. Pit remaining cherries and chop. Rinse mixed berries. Combine cherries, berries, sugar, spices and juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch with cold water, add to fruit and mix well, let rest.
Top cream with berry sauce. Garnish with cherries and serve.
