6 sheets gelatin
1 Vanilla bean
6 tablespoons sugar (plus more to taste)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
400 grams Blackberry

Preparation steps

Soak the gelatin in cold water.

Bring the cream with the scraped vanilla beans, vanilla bean and 4 tablespoons sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and dissolve the squeezed gelatin in it while stirring.
