Panettone with Nectarines and Nuts
Chop the nuts coarsely and toast in a pan until fragrant. Deglaze with the apple juice and remove from the heat. Stir in the butter and honey and let cool to lukewarm.
Slice the panettone and arrange on plates. Rinse the nectarines, cut in half, remove the pits and cut into wedges. Spread on the panettone and serve drizzled with the honey and nut mixture.
