2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
½ teaspoon salt
400 milliliters milk
2 eggs
vegetable oil (for cooking)

Preparation steps

Mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and the salt in a bowl. Stir in the milk until a thick, fluid batter has formed. Beat the eggs, then add into the batter and stir until combined.

To cook, heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add a small ladle of the batter to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Flip the pancake, and cook another 1-2 minutes on the other side.  Remove from the pan and keep in a 80°C (approximately 175°F) oven. Repeat the process until all the batter has been used.

Stack the pancakes on plates and drizzle with the maple syrup. Garnish with the blueberries, if you'd like, and serve.
