Pancakes with Strawberries and Chocolate Orange Sauce
Chop up chocolate and melt in heavy cream. Add orange liqueur and cool. Mix flour and salt together. Stir in the milk. Whisk eggs and stir into batter. Allow batter to rest for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse strawberries, drain and slice.
In a nonstick skillet with a little butter, make 8 pancakes. Keep warm in oven at 50 ° C (approximately 125 ° F) until ready to use.
Fold pancakes over and stuff with strawberries. Drizzle with chocolate orange sauce and top with orange zest. Serve warm.
