Pancakes with Strawberries and Chocolate
- For the batter
- 150 grams
- 350 milliliters
- 50 grams
Mix the flour, eggs, milk, sugar and a pinch of salt. Let stand for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 80°C (approximately 175°F).
Lightly grease a pan (22 cm diameter) (approximately 8 1/2 inches) with vegetable oil. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of batter into pan. Gently rotate and tilt the pan to make a thin pancake and cook until golden. Keep pancake warm in the preheated oven.
Repeat process to make approximately 7 more pancakes.
Rinse the strawberries. Mix the strawberries with the sugar and lemon juice and heat briefly in a pot. Remove from the stove.
Melt the chocolate and chocolate-hazelnut spread with the whipping cream in a saucepan.
Spread the pancakes on a work surface. Sprinkle with the chocolate sauce. Fold pancakes and place 2 on each plate. Arrange the strawberries on top and serve immediately.
