Pancakes with Plum Compote
Mix the eggs, flour and milk with the sugar and let stand 30 minutes. Heat the butter and cook 8 pancakes.
For the compote, drain the plums, reserving the juice. Boil the juice with vanilla sugar, cinnamon and clove and add the plums. Mix the cornstarch with a little water, stir in, bring to a boil and allow to cool.
Top the pancakes with compote and dust with powdered sugar.
