For the crepes
100 grams Pastry flour
1 egg
150 milliliters milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
For the filling
150 grams Marzipan
2 centiliters Cognac
50 grams cream cheese
For the topping
6 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 sprig rosemary
butter (to fry)
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

For the crepes, combine all the ingredients and mix to a smooth batter. Leave it to rest for about 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 80°C (approximately 180ºF) using upper and lower heat.

Fry 4 large or 8 small crepes in hot butter. Keep warm in the oven.

For the filling, mix the marzipan with the cognac and the cream cheese until smooth. Wash the grapes and pluck them from the stalks.

For the topping, combine the honey and lemon juice in a saucepan and heat it gently until it melts. Break the rosemary into pieces and mix in with the honey, heating for 1-2 minutes.

Thinly spread the cream cheese and marzipan cream onto the crepes and fold them together. Arrange them on plates and decorate with the grapes.

Drizzle with honey and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
