Preparation steps

In a bowl, stir eggs with flour until smooth. Stir in salt and sugar. Stir in milk in cover. Let rest for about 1 hour.

Melt a little butter in a pan. Using a ladle, add some batter. Cook for about 1 minute or until bottom is light golden brown. Flip and cook other side until done. Repeat with remaining batter until all pancakes are made. Serve.
