Whipping cream (min. 30% fat content)

Preparation steps

1.

Beat eggs, add milk, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar and salt and mix with electric hand mixer for 1-2 minutes. Stir in grated chocolate.

Heat oil n a pan and cook pancakes (10 cm in diameter)  (approximately 4.5 inches) until golden brown for 1-2 minutes per side and keep warm.

Prepare chocolate sauce. Combine cream and chocolate, melt. Stir in cornstarch and mocha liqueur until smooth, add cream if necessary and bring to a boil. Let stand and allow to cool, stirring occasionally.

Rinse and dry strawberries, hull and halve. Mix with maple syrup and nuts.

5.

Beat cream until stiff and fold in chopped nuts.

6.

Arrange pancakes on plates. Pour chocolate sauce on them, drizzle strawberry and nut mixtire around. Top with dollops of cream. Serve.
