- 4 Tbsps tomato puree
- 100 grams Ketchup
- 50 grams Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- Lemon wedge (for serving)
Preparation steps

Shuck the oysters and place them on a bed of crushed ice.

Mix the tomato puree with the ketchup, salad cream, and horseradish. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper. Place the sauce in small bowls. Serve the oysters with the sauce and the lemon wedges.
