1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Tablespoon, 2 Bowls, 2 Glasses

Preparation steps

1.

Chop the chocolate and mix it with spelt flakes, cocoa powder and oat milk and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, better overnight.

The next morning, roughly chop the pistachio kernels. Wash the figs, dab dry and quarter them. Wash the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves.

3.

Place overnight oats in two bowls or sealable jars. Spread figs and mint leaves on top. Sprinkle Overnight-Oats with chocolate and figs with chopped pistachio kernels and cocoa nibs.
