- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 2 tsps Rooibos tea
- 200 milliliters Orange juice
- 2 tsps honey
Preparation

Rinse the rosemary. Bring 1 liter (approximately 1 quart) of water to a boil. Add the rooibos, then blanch 2 sprigs of the rosemary in it.

Remove from the heat, and let infuse for 3-5 minutes. Pass through a fine strainer, add the orange juice and honey, and let cool.

Chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Divide into small chilled glasses. Serve, garnished with the remaining rosemary.
