3 Tbsps Tomato paste
1 tsp Vanilla sugar
1 oz Crème fraiche
2 Tbsps Heavy cream

Preparation

Heat the oil in a pot. Peel the shallot, chop finely and cook in the pot until glazed.

Add vegetable broth, tomato juice and orange juice to pot and bring to boil.
