Open-Faced Radish and Quark Cream Sandwiches
In a bowl, stir together the quark, yogurt and a few drops of lemon juice. Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half, remove the seeds and dice the flesh finely and stir into the quark. Peel the shallots, chop finely and stir into the quark mixture. Season with salt.
Rinse and thinly slice the radishes. Spread the cheese on the bread, sprinkle the coarsely ground pepper over, top with the radish slices and serve garnished with the chives.
