Onion and Bacon Tart
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water, then combine with the flour and salt and knead into a dough. Leave covered in a warm place until doubled in size.
Cut the bacon into thin strips. Peel the onions and also cut into fine strips.
Mix together the sour cream, heavy cream, flour, egg, salt and oil into a cream, stir in half the onions.
Place the dough on a floured surface, knead and roll out until very thin, place on a greased baking sheet. Spread the cream mixture on top, sprinkle on the remaining onions and the bacon.
Bake at 220°C (approximately 425°F) for about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
