125 grams green Olives (pitted)
1 tablespoon small Caper
1 tablespoon Pine nuts (dry toasted in a pan)
2 tablespoons Tomato paste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Combine the olives with the garlic, capers, pine nuts, tomato paste, vinegar and olive oil. Season with pepper and purée together or finely grind in a mortar.
