Ingredients

for 1 piece Loaf pan, about 1.5 liters
400 grams Pastry flour
5 Eggs
50 milliliters Olive oil
100 milliliters White wine
1 teaspoon Baking powder
100 grams Gruyére cheese
150 grams cooked Ham
100 green Olives
Salt
Vegetable oil (for the pan)

Preparation steps

Mix together flour eggs, olive oil, white wine, baking powder and salt (to taste) into a workable dough. Dice cheese and ham finely and mix into the dough. Halve olives, remove pits and stir into the dough.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Brush a loaf pan with oil, add dough and smooth the surface. Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes, remove, let cool slightly, then unmold onto a cooling rack and cool before slicing.
