Olive Bread with Cheese and Figs
Rinse and halve the figs. Mix the honey with the sugar and butter in a small saucepan and cook until caramelized. Toss with figs, remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
Toast the bread (in a toaster or on a grill) until crispy and top with the sliced goat cheese and figs. Serve immediately.
