Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 190C (160C fan) 375F, gas 5.
2.
Cut 12 squares of kitchen parchment 15 cm|6 inches x 15 cm|6 inches and line a deep patty pan with them.
3.
Put the oats, flour baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon and salt into a bowl and mix.
4.
Beat together the butter and sugar and gradually add the eggs.
5.
Fold into the flour mixture, then stir in the bananas.
6.
Divide the mixture between the lined patty pans and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
7.
Serve hot with honey.
