Nutritional values

Honey and maple syrup provide fast energy, while the complex carbohydrates from this dish's oat flakes will keep you full until lunch. The dried cherries supply the bioactive substance quercetin, which has an anti-inflammatory effect and a positive effect on cholesterol levels.

Serving this granola with low-fat dairy products and fresh fruit will make the dish even more nutritious and vitamin-packed.
