250 grams Hazelnuts (coarsely chopped)
200 grams raisins (soaked in rum)
200 grams Chocolate (coarsely grated)
4 egg yolks
250 grams sugar
2 packets Vanilla sugar
4 egg whites
1 pinch salt
200 grams dark Chocolate frosting (for covering)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Fold in sifted flour, salt, nuts, raisins and chocolate chips and gently mix to a smooth dough.

Place the dough on a lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let cool.

Then cut into 4x4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inch) small pieces, sprinkle with melted chocolate glaze and immediately pull apart so that the chocolate can flow over the edges. Serve.
