Preparation steps

Rinse nectarines and currants and drain well in a sieve.

Halve nectarines, remove pits and cut into wedges. Prick currants with the tines of a fork.

Melt butter in a small pot and let cool slightly.

Mix yogurt, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl with a whisk. Add melted butter and stir briefly.

Place pastry flour, semolina flour and baking powder in a bowl, mix well and stir into the yogurt mixture.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter onto the parchment with an offset spatula. Top with nectarines and currants and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F on the middle rack for about 25 minutes.
