2 Apple
200 grams button Mushroom
2 Tbsps olive oil
4 Tbsps Crème fraiche
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 Tortillas
2 Tbsps chopped Walnut
Lime wedge (as desired)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse arugula and spin dry. Rinse, quarter and core apples and cut into thin columns. Rinse and slice mushrooms and saute in hot olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Remove mushrooms from heat, stir in crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.

Briefly heat each both sides of each tortilla in pan. Fill each tortilla with mushrooms, 2/3 apples and arugula (leaving a few leaves for garnish) and sprinkle with walnuts. Roll up into wraps and halve each diagonally. Serve garnished with remaining arugula leaves and apple slices.

Serve with lime wedges to taste .
