For the dough
200 grams Pastry flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
75 grams sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
50 milliliters vegetable oil
200 grams Arborio rice (cooked)
50 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
In addition
1 Muffin tin (12 muffin cups)
12 Paper baking molds
For decoration
200 grams cream cheese
75 grams powdered sugar
1 tablespoon
1 packet Vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Food coloring (blue and red)
1 package Sugared almond (colorful)
1 package Smartie
Gummy worm (sour, green)
Ribbon (sour, green)

Preparation steps

For the dough: combine flour with baking powder and baking soda in a mixing bowl. In another bowl, combine egg with sugar, oil, rice and yogurt, mix well. Add egg mixture to flour mixture and stir until moist. Place paper muffin cups into muffin pan.

Pour batter into cups and and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven, transfer to wire rack and cool. For decoration: combine cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice, mix until smooth. Color blue and violet with food coloring and spread loosely on muffins.

Arrange sugared almonds and smarties on top of muffins in a flower pattern. Line baking sheet with fabric, cut out stems out of fabric. Make flower stem from fabric and arrange muffins as flowers. Serve as a bouquet of muffins.
