120 grams softened butter
120 grams cane sugar
1 egg
250 grams Pastry flour
80 grams Dark chocolate (chopped)
1 package Baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)

Preparation steps

In a large bowl, add the butter and sugar and beat until creamy. Add in the egg and beat well.

Stir in the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and yogurt and mix gently until the get incoporated well. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate at the end.

Place paper cases into the cavities of the muffin trough. Pour in the batter into each paper case and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (fan: 180°C, gas mark 3) (approximately 400°F) for 25 minutes. Test with toothpick and remove from the oven if done. Let the muffins cool slightly, remove from the muffin trough and serve.
