Muffins with Blueberries
Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Place a paper lining in each muffin well. Rinse the blueberries and allow to drain. Mix flour, oats, baking soda and baking powder together.
Mix egg with sugar, buttermilk, vanilla sugar and oil. Stir into the flour mixture, fold in the blueberries and fill the mixture into the muffin baking sheet wells. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
