Muesli with Yogurt Cream and Fruit

- 2 egg yolks
- 3 Tbsps sugar
- 12 ozs Natural yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 ozs Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp Orange liqueur
- Additional ingredients
- 5 ozs frozen Raspberries
- 5 ozs frozen Blueberries
- 6 ozs Muesli
Beat the egg yolks and sugar over a hot water bath until the mixture thickens and is fluffy. Slowly pour in the yogurt and vanilla flavoring while stirring.
Whip the cream, add the liqueur, and gently fold everything into the cream.
Divide half of the berries into each of 4 tall glasses. Top each with 1 1/2 tablespoons muesli, top with the cream and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Meanwhile, thaw the remaining berries. Remove the parfaits from the freezer, top with the remaining muesli and remaining berries (layer with the opposite order as before) and serve immediately.
