Molten Choc Cakes with Citrus Fruit
Heat the oven to 435 °F Spray the ramekins. Put onto a baking sheet
Melt the chocolate , espresso powder and coconut oil in a microwave bowl at 30 second increments, stirring at each 30 second mark. Once all melted let cool
Place eggs in a bowl and whip until foamy. Add the cooled choclate and mix on low speed. Add almond flour and mix until just combined. ( do not over mix)
Spoon into the ramekins. Bake for 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Let them cook for about 20 minutes.
Arrange the orange slices on four plates. Tip each soufflé out of the mould onto the orange slices and serve .
