Everyone loves mochas, everyone loves ice cream, and everyone loves smoothies. This recipe is the perfect, refreshing, summer drink that will also be a good pick-me-up because of the caffeine and sugar content.
You can use different types of ice cream for this recipe to vary the flavors.

- ½ cup Dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Instant Coffee powder
- 2 cups milk
- 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- ⅜ cup light whipping cream (35-38% fat)
- 2 tsps drinking chocolate powder (hot cocoa mix)
Preparation steps

Put the chocolate, coffee granules, and 8.5 ounces milk in a pan. Heat gently, stirring, until the chocolate and coffee have dissolved. Chill for 1 hour.

Put the cold mocha milk into a blender. Add the remaining milk and the ice cream and blend until smooth.
3.
Pour at once into 4 glasses. Top each one with whipped cream and sprinkle with drinking chocolate powder.
