cocoa powder (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.
Soak the gelatine in cold water. Squeeze out the excess water and dissolve in the hot coffee, together with the sugar and liqueur.
2.
Melt the chocolate. Whip the cream until stiff. Stir the mascarpone and half the cream into the chocolate and put the rest of the cream in the refrigerator. Stir the coffee and sugar mixture into the chocolate cream and divide between four coffee cups. Chill for at least 2 hours.
3.
Top the dessert with the remaining cream and serve dusted with cocoa.
