Mixed Salad with Chicken, Cheese and Salami

- 4 eggs
- 1 head Lettuce
- 100 grams Emmentaler cheese
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 150 grams cooked ham
- 150 grams Vine tomato
- 50 grams Milan Salami
- 1 bed Cress
- For the Thousand Iceland Dressing
- 1 Pickled cucumber
- 1 shallot
- ½ Red paprika
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 3 Tbsps Ketchup
- salt
- Chili powder
Preparation steps
For the dressing, chop the pickles, peel the shallots and grate on a grater.
Hard-boil all eggs and let cool. Peel two eggs, halve and remove yolks. Reserve the egg whites for another use.
Place the peppers in the oven and heat up until the skins burst, peel them, and very finely chop. Press the yolks through a sieve and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and chili powder.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and chili, and cook in a steamer about 8-10 minutes. Let cool, then cut into strips.
Separate the lettuce into leaves, rinse them and spin dry. Coarsely grate the cheese and cut the ham into strips. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, remove the core, the inner pulp and the seeds and cut the rest of each quarter into four strips. Peel the four eggs and cut into eighths. Mix the prepared ingredients with the salami slices and arrange in a bowl. Serve with the dressing.
