Instead of coarse mince, you can also use diced meat. But this will take a little longer to cook (approx. 30 minutes longer).

1 Tablespoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Cutting board, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 großer Pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Sieve, 1 Small skillet

Preparation steps

Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onions into rings and crush the garlic. Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel and slice the carrots. Clean and quarter the button mushrooms. Thaw the peas. Heat the oil and brown the meat, breaking it up to brown right through. Add the vegetables and potatoes and sweat briefly. Add the tomato puree, tomato juice, stock, seasonings and spices, cover and cook for 30-40 minutes.
