4 ozs small Strawberries
4 ozs Blueberries
4 ozs red Currants
liquid Sweetener (to taste)
32 fluid ozs mineral water (chilled) or any sparking water

Preparation

Sparkling Berry Punch preparation step 1

Peel ginger and cut into small pieces. Put in a garlic press and extract juice into a punch bowl or pitcher.

Halve and juice lime and add to punch bowl.

Rinse strawberries, gently pat dry and halve if large.
