Mixed Berry Batter Pudding

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6. Butter the pie dish.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Mix the flour with the salt and baking powder. Add to the egg mixture with the quark and milk and stir in thoroughly. Add milk if necessary until the dough has a soft dropping consistency. Pour into the pie dish.
Spread the berries evenly over the dough and bake for approx. 35 minutes.
