Mixed Berry and Cream Pastries

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and grease a baking dish with butter.
Spread out the pastry, brush with butter and place one sheet on another to form 4 tartlets. Cut out a circle 10 cm in diameter and place in the prepared baking dish. Brush again with the butter and bake for 2-3 min. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
Mix together the cream, vanilla sugar and the whipping cream stabiliser and spread onto the pastry circle. Top with the berries and serve dusted with icing sugar.
