Rinse the lemon in hot water, wipe dry, cut in half and slice thinly.

Bring 1 liter (approximately 4 1/4 cups) of water to boil. Brew tea and leave for about 7 minutes. Strain the fruit tea and sweeten with sugar. Pour into a carafe and let cool well. Add 2 handfuls of ice cubes into the carafe before serving. Distribute the slices of lemon and some ice cubes into glasses and pour the tea over it. Serve very cold.
