250 milliliters water
50 milliliters white wine
150 grams sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse the plums and remove the stalks. Divide into 2-3 glass jars. Bring th water and the sugar to a boil. Add the wine, then pour the liquid over the plums. Seal tightly.

3.

Place a kitchen towel on a baking sheet, and top with the jars. Pour a little boiling water over the towel and sterilize for at least 30 minutes in the oven.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
