Preparation steps

1.

Peel pineapple thoroughly, cut lengthwise into eighths, cut the stalk out and then cut crosswise into slices. Rinse and trim strawberries, halve depending on the size. Arrange pineapple chunks and strawberries decoratively on a plate.

Cut the sponge cake into bite-size cubes and put in a bowl with the cookies.

Heat cream in a fondue pot, add the crushed chocolate and let melt while stirring.

To serve, put the fondue pot on a chafing dish to keep the chocolate mixture hot but do not boil. Cut the mint leaves into thin strips and sprinkle on the chocolate.
