Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C(approximately 350°F). Grease cake molds with butter and sprinkle with flour. Beat the butter with the sugar until foamy and gradually stir in the eggs and the milk. Mix the flour with the orange zest, the baking powder and the almonds and fold into the butter-egg mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are moist.

Spread the mixture into the prepared cake molds and bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the chocolate coarsely and melt with the heavy cream in a saucepan. Take finished cakes from the oven, allow to cool briefly and serve decorated with chocolate glaze
