1 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tomatoes (sliced)
4 Tbsps tomato Ketchup
1 handful Cress (or arugula)
12 mini Hamburger bun

Preparation steps

Mix the beef with salt and ground black pepper and shape into 12 small burgers.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the hamburgers on both sides for 3-4 minutes, only turning once.

Cut the hamburger buns in half horizontally and spread some ketchup on the bottom half. Place a hamburger on the lower half of the bun, followed by a slice of tomato and some cress. Finish with the top half of the bun and secure with a toothpick.
