100 grams Dark couverture chocolate
150 grams Amaretti cookies
4 tablespoons Almond liqueur
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon lemon juice
150 grams powdered sugar
2 tablespoons Ground cinnamon (for dusting)

Preparation steps

Chop chocolate coarsely and melt over hot, not boiling water. Remove melted chocolate from heat, let cool slightly and pour into freezer bag. Cut off one little corner of bag, splash small chocolate stars onto baking paper and let dry. Add Amaretto macaroons to freezer bag and crumble with rolling pin. Spread half amaretto mixture into 4 dessert glasses and sprinkle with half almond liqueur.

Beat egg whites with lemon juice until stiff and gradually sprinkle in powdered sugar. Beat until mixture is sliceable. Spread half egg mixture onto amaretto in glasses and top with remaining amaretto crumbles. Drizzle again with a little almond liqueur and finish with  remaining egg mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon and immediately serve garnished with chocolate stars.
