1 honeydew melon
Orange juice
4 centiliters Curacao
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons crushed Ice cream

Preparation steps

1.

Cut off the top third of the melon. Decoratively carve the top of the large piece of melon so that it is pointed all around.

Remove the seeds, and scoop out the pulp from the melon. Make sure to leave 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick walls.

Puree the pulp with the curacao, sugar, and crushed ice in a blender. Add to a shaker with the same amount of orange juice. Shake until combined, then transfer to the hollowed melon. Garnish with fresh mint and a straw, and serve.
