- 2 cups milk
- 2 tsps minced garlic cloves
- 3 cups shredded Mozzarella
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan (or asiago)
- 2 cups Blue cheese (crumbled)
- 1 ½ Tbsps Corn starch
- 6 Tbsps dry white wine
Preparation steps
1.
Heat milk and garlic in a fondue pot until bubbly. Add cheese a handful at a time, stirring until cheese melts before adding more cheese. Mix cornstarch with white wine and stir into cheese mixture until mixture thickens. Reduce heat to low to keep warm.
