Salmon (skinned, and ready to skewer)
200 grams
Shellfish (favorite type)
300 grams
Sausage (such as Salsiccia or chorizo)

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the stock in a pot, transfer the contents to a fondue pot, place over a chafing dish and keep warm.

Rinse the meat, the salmon, and shellfish, pat dry and cut the meat and the fish into bite-sized cubes. Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces. Place all in bowl and serve with dips of your choice as fondue.
