Nutritional values

Potatoes contain high-quality protein that the body can optimally utilise - a great supplement to the protein from the sausages! Pumpkin provides beta-carotene, which is good for the skin and eyes.

Instead of pumpkin, carrots, parsnips or celery also fit. And if\'s has to be without meat: Instead of sausages, boil two eggs per portion until soft.
