Mascarpone Cream with Strawberry and Banana
Rinse the strawberries, chop, and marinate with the lemon juice, brown sugar, and Grand Marnier. Peel the banana, cut into cubes, and mix with the strawberries. Reserve 4 tablespoons of fruit for garnish and roughly puree the rest. Spoon the puree into 4 dessert glasses.
For the mascarpone cream, separate the egg. Whip together the egg yolk and 1 tablespoon sugar until light and fluffy. beat the egg whites and 1 tablespoon sugar until stiff.
Mix the mascarpone into the yolk mixture until smooth. Fold the egg whites into the mascarpone mixture. Spread this mixture as a second layer over the fruit puree in the dessert glasses. Garnish with the reserved fruit. To serve, crumble the biscuits and sprinkle them over the top.
